The location is comfy and incredible, 1 mile from R Place. This hotel offers newly decorated and splendid rooms with huge windows giving a great view of downtown Seattle and comfortable beds, as example.

Extremely comfy bed, immaculately clean bathroom and a TV, a lounge area and a safe in the room.

I loved the fine city views from my room. The cute lobby was beautifully decorated and easily accessible, made getting around comfortable. The staff were helpful.

More convenient seating in common areas would be helpful.

The accommodation was fairly clean, the room was well-maintained and brand-new. I was here for 2 nights and ate at grill restaurant for the bar and restaurant. Tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges were a big plus. The location was good and perfect, for example, Paramount Theatre was at a medium distance from the hotel. Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was exceptional. I could park the car on-site.

Proximity to downtown and Safeco Field. Quality of the staff and the service they provided.

I loved having the Seattle Aquarium and the Olympic Sculpture Park just minutes away. The hotel's clean and spacious room.

The room was spacious and the beds large. The location is excellent, meaning that you can walk to Pike Place Market and the Westlake Center.

The doors bang close which makes them very noisy indeed. The room actually shakes with the reverberation. Totally unacceptable in a hotel of this price and reputation. The room didn't appear to have a list of tv channels, there was no writing paper, and no bathrobe. Little things like that can make a difference.

We had a wonderful experience with early check-in at 8:30AM and loved our comfy room with a great city view! The lounge coffee was really good, and we appreciated the cozy seating for relaxation.

Had to wait 45 miniutes (3:45 pm) to access room, as it wasn't ready. For a $259 room, not good service.

-The location is at the best area. Shopes, resturants, pike market and space needle area are all in walking distance. -The car parking is expensive but they allow you to leave it overnight and until 6 pm. Which was perfect for us. -The swimming pool was warm and lovely. They got the towels there and changing room. -The Gym was well equiped and clean. -We stayed at the Club floor and we had our breakfast there.

-The breakfast options was minimal for a club floor. -At the night, there was a cracking sound from the ac every 30-40mins, I was lazy enough to complain but the room was comfy.
